Just as I was about to skip off to class, a thought hit me. I somehow find it unbelievably annoying to read stories in the present tense. I find that somehow novels, when written in this way, sound fake and forced and the story doesn't flow off the mental tongue as well. I was just a little curious if I was the only one who felt this way.

An elderly gentle man seems to be singing in the library with earphones and I'm not sure he's fully aware of just how loud it is. Small side note because I found it funny. And rather annoying, but more funny.
